How to open a CMD window from a particular folder ?

Here's a handy way to open a command window from a particular folder from within Windows Explorer. In your chosen folder, create an empty file called Command.shell. You can choose any name, but the extension must be unassociated. In Windows Explorer, right-click the file and click Open With, click the Other button, browse to C:\WINNT\system32\CMD.EXE, and click the Open button. You can now simply click on the Command.shell file to open a command window at your chosen folder.
